DigitSign is a digital agency in York with over 16 years’ experience in crafting creative ideas into results and digital solutions.

DigitSign’s “GO HEALTHY” project was launched in January 2017. Our inspiration comes from “The cost of being unhealthy” article published by BBC and our participation in ELCIES startup. The purpose of the project is to start a Healthy Cities movement where ever we are!

Mission and Vision.

The “GO HEALTHY” project will promote a simple mission statement formulated in 1 sentences: We want you to challenge yourself for the “Healthier You” and have fun in the process! It is all about engagement and involvement through a smart and social engagement platform rather than forcing someone to change their unhealthy behaviors such as comfort eating, poor diet choices, smoking and more importantly inactivity.

How this works.

First, it is not personal, it's anonymous!
Without sharing user’s individual information with any service providers, we customise and personalise our ``Go HEALTHY`` campaign together with our partner based on participants unique circumstances and condition. we compare participants progress and performance metrics: steps, sleep, weight, calories, blood pressure,... anonymously against the rest of their age group. The overall purpose of that kind of reporting is to give motivation and insight.
By using ELCIES platform, we are able to collect activity data and promote physical activity (walking, cycling,...) in more social and organised way. This would create a community and structure to promote physical activities. Using an integrated platform also offers an opportunity to improve business and supply/demand processes and give local businesses a great opportunity to be part of this “GO HEALTHY” movement.
